Terms of Service

Wallet Wander LLC · Effective October 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Wallet Wander LLC ("Wallet Wander", "we", "us"). They apply to the Wallet Wander iOS app, the Android beta, and walletwander.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Wallet Wander, and at least 18 to buy a subscription or to live stream. If you are between 13 and 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and codes private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

2. Using Wallet Wander

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for planning and tracking your own travel. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or scrape the Service, interfere with its security, or use it for anything unlawful. The Android app is a beta: features may be incomplete, change or stop working while we test.

3. Your content

• You own what you add to Wallet Wander: trips, expenses, receipts, photos, videos, posts, check-ins, reviews, itineraries and live streams ("Content").
• So that we can run the Service, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, reproduce and adapt your Content, including to make previews, thumbnails and replays, and to show it to the people you choose to share it with. This licence ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for copies in backups for a limited time and Content other users have already shared or saved.
• You are responsible for your Content. Only post what you have the right to post. Do not post other people's personal information, booking numbers or payment details.
• Shared itineraries are shown to others with flight numbers and booking confirmations removed. Private trips and trip memories are never posted automatically.

4. Live streaming

Wallet Wander lets travelers broadcast live video from their trips to friends or the public ("Live"). These additional terms apply whenever you start, watch or take part in a stream.

4.1 Who can stream

• You must be 18 or older and in good standing to go live. Streaming may be unavailable in some countries or on the Android beta.
• Who can watch follows your profile visibility: a private profile streams to friends, a public profile streams to anyone on Wallet Wander.

4.2 What you may not stream

• Nudity, sexual content, or content that sexualises minors.
• Violence, self-harm, dangerous stunts, weapons, drugs or other illegal activity.
• Harassment, hate, threats or bullying of anyone, on or off the stream.
• Other people's personal information: faces of people who have not agreed to be filmed in private settings, home addresses, licence plates, passports, tickets, booking references or payment cards.
• Content you do not have the right to broadcast, including copyrighted music, performances, sporting events, and venues or events that prohibit filming.
• Streams that are misleading, spam, or that sell or promote products without clearly saying so.

4.3 Safety on the road

• Never stream while driving, riding or in any situation where it distracts you or others.
• Think before you share where you are. Streaming your exact live location, your accommodation, or when you are away from home can put you and your travel companions at risk. We recommend streaming landmarks and public places, and the app lets you use a general location label instead of a precise one.
• Respect local laws and customs about filming. Some places, such as religious sites, borders, airports and military areas, prohibit it.
• Get the consent of travel companions before they appear on your stream.

4.4 Recordings and replays

• A stream ends when you stop it or after the maximum stream length. It is not kept unless you choose to save a replay.
• Replays stay on your profile until you delete them or your account. You can delete a replay at any time.
• Viewers may not record, download or redistribute your stream without your permission, and you may not do so with theirs.
• We may keep a copy of a stream for a limited time if it was reported, so that we can review it for safety or respond to legal requests.

4.5 Viewers and comments

• Comments and reactions on a stream must follow the community rules in section 8. Streamers can hide comments, block viewers and report abuse.
• Anything you say in a stream chat is visible to everyone watching and to the streamer, and may be included in a saved replay.

4.6 Moderation

• We may end a stream, remove a replay, limit who can stream, or suspend an account at any time if we believe these terms have been broken, without notice where safety requires it.
• You can report a stream from the stream screen. We review reports and act on them, but we do not pre-screen streams and are not responsible for what streamers broadcast.
• Repeated or serious violations lead to permanent loss of streaming and may lead to account termination.

4.7 No guarantee of service

Live depends on your device, your connection and third-party streaming infrastructure (Cloudflare Stream). Streams may buffer, drop or fail to start, and data charges from your carrier may apply, especially when roaming. We do not guarantee that a stream will be delivered, recorded or available for any length of time.

5. Premium and Founding Member

• Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited trips and co-travelers, WanderAI planning, AI receipt scanning, live WanderFX and other features labelled Premium. Regular pricing is shown in the app.
• Founding Member is Premium offered to early members at US$39.99 per year. It is available while founding spots last, and the price stays at $39.99 per year for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. If your subscription lapses, re-subscribing is at the then-current Premium price.
• Subscriptions are bought through Apple and billed to your Apple ID. They renew automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple ID settings. Apple's refund rules apply; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
• A Founding Member badge is shown on your travel profile while the subscription is active.
• Prices are in US dollars; local prices may vary with Apple's pricing and taxes.
• Free trials, referral rewards and gift codes are subject to the rules shown when you claim them and may be changed or withdrawn.

6. Money features

• Wallet Wander tracks and splits expenses between travelers. It does not hold, move or transfer money and is not a bank, payment service or money transmitter. Settling up happens between you and your travel companions outside the app.
• Balances, splits and estimates depend on the amounts people enter. Check them before you rely on them.
• Trip owners control who can edit a shared wallet and who can add expenses. Members see the shared wallet of trips they belong to.

7. WanderAI and WanderFX

• WanderAI itineraries and cost estimates and receipt scanning are generated by AI and can be wrong. They are suggestions, not advice; verify prices, opening hours, bookings and amounts.
• WanderFX rates are indicative and come from third-party sources. The rate your bank or card applies may differ.

8. Community rules

Wallet Wander is a place for travelers to share real trips. Do not harass, impersonate, spam or deceive anyone, post illegal or hateful content, or share others' private information. Be honest in reviews. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

9. Our rights

The Service, including its design, code, names, logos, WanderAI and WanderFX, belongs to Wallet Wander LLC and its licensors. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law. On termination your licence ends; sections 3, 9, 11 and 13 survive. Paid subscriptions remain governed by Apple's terms.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost data, or losses arising from reliance on estimates, rates, itineraries or other users' content and streams. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
